Abstract
Objective To study the analgesic effect of Mushao mixture. Methods The analgesic experiment of the turnning round on mice. After 60 min gaving the mice corresponding drugs of every group, inject 0.4% HAc 0.4 mL/20 g and record the turnning round frequency of the mice in each group in 15 min. The analgesic experiment of the heated plate on mice:determine the time that the mice felt pain on the heated plate (T=55 ℃) after corresponding drugs in 60, 120, 180 min. Results Mushao mixture has estraining effect to pain caused by chemical irritation on mice, obviousely prolong the time of pain reaction caused by heating irritation. Conclusion Analgesic effect of the group given the Mushao mixture were significantly higher than the group of Dingfengzhengtong capsule.
