Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the analgesic effect of Chinese cobraneurotoxin compatibility with caffeine.METHODS The analgesic effect was tested by using writhing modelsin mice. After 30 min after giving the mice with corresponding drugs in every group,0.6% HAc 0.2 mL/20 g was injected and the turnning round frequencies of the mice were recorded group in 15 min.The analgesic experiment of the heated plate in mice was used to determine the time that the mice felt pain on the heated plate(T=55 ℃) after corresponding drugs in 15min,30min,1,2,3,4,5,6,8,10 h.RESULTS α-CNT-CAF has restraining effect to pain caused by chemical irritation in mice, obviousely prolong the time of pain reaction caused by heating irritation.CONCLUSION α-CNT-CAF possesses analgesic effects.
