Abstract
Objective To discuss the changes and clinical significance of PT,APTT,TT and FIB when patient suffered cerebral trauma.Methods ACL auto analyzer was used to detected the samples of 30 cases in control group,18 cases in GCS 13~15,26 cases in GCS 9~12 and 42 cases in GCS 3~8.Results The PT,APTT and TT were significant difference between observe group and control group.The varied cerebral trauma degree had varied disorders of coagulation function and there was relationship between them.Conclusion The detection of PT,APTT and TT might learn the coagulation function,assess degree and study the tendency of bleeding for cerebral trauma patient to help to diagnose and treatment.
