Abstract

A water-soluble tetrablock-polyether of straight chain structure, DCN-Ⅰ, was prepared for dehydrating high water cut(80%) viscous heavy crude oil of He-nan produced by steam huff-puff method instead of an oil-soluble demulsifier, KN-1, which became uneffective. The synthesis, performance properties, and field test results at oil-gathering/water-treating plant No 25 of DCN-Ⅰ were presented. With DCN-1 in 80mg/L at dehydrating temperature 70~82℃, qualified crude of water content≤0.50% and separated produced water of oil content 40~50mg/L were obtained.
