Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage(CH) and cerebral infarction(CI) with the levels of blood glucose and blood lipids, and to compare the difference of risk factors in cerebral infarction with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Forty-two patients with cerebral infarction and 40 patients with cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed by computer tomography(CT) or magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) were observed.38 healthy volunteers were served as controls.Blood glucose and blood lipids of the three groups were measured, and then the results were compared. Results Compared with control group, the levels of blood glucose and LDL-C in cerebral infarction group were significantly increased(P0.05),the levels of blood glucose and TG in cerebral hemorrhage group were significantly increased(P0.05),but no statistically significant difference was found in the other indices(P0.05).The mean levels of blood glucose and HDL-C in cerebral hemorrhage group were significantly higher than those in cerebral infarction group(P0.05),but the level of blood Apo-B was significantly lower in cerebral hemorrhage group, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and Apo-A(P0.05) between cerebral hemorrhage group and cerebral infarction group(P0.05).Conclusions The blood glucose and some blood lipids are the risk factors for cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction, which indicate that it is necessary to actively control and prevent hyperlipidemia and high blood glucose. At the same time, comprehensive measures should be taken.
