Abstract
Objective To evaluate the toxicityi, rritation and hypersensitive of Bingxin ointment on animalsˊskin. Methods Acute cutaneous toxic experiment was performed on the skin of healthy rats;the skin irritation test was performed on the skin of rabbit;the cutaneous hypersensitivity test was performed on the skin of guinea pig skin. Results Bingxin ointment had no remarkable acute absorbed toxicity to the intact or damaged skin of rats, and had no irritation to the intact skin of rabbits, but the mild irritation to the damaged skin was observed.Bingxin ointment had no hypersensitive effects on the intact skin of guinea pig. Conclusion It is safe to use Bingxin ointment which can treat the cutaneous diseases.
