Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between cervical HPV infection and the prognosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasiaⅠ(CINⅠ).Methods 32 cases of CINⅠ were selected and examined for cervical HPV test before cervical biopsy. All of patients were followed up for six months.Colposcopic examination and cervical biopsy were performed at month 3 and 6.Results The recovery ratio in high-risk HPV infection group,low-risk group and the negative group were 16.67%,78.57%,83.33% respectively. There was a significant difference between high-risk HPV infection group and other groups(P0.05).But there was no significant difference in developing higher grade of CIN among these groups(P0.05).Conclusion The classification of cervical HPV types associated with the prognosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. But whether HPV types can be used as a predictor for development of CIN Ⅰ and a factor for treatment needs further study.
