Abstract
Objective Clinical studies of the relationship between human papilloma virus(HPV) infection and cervical precancerous lesions. Methods Tested in our hospital the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) in patients with 512 patients, and fluorescence quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR) technique for cervical tissue qualitative detection of HPV-DNA.Results Check 512 patients with HPV infection in 96.8%,among the top five for the HPV16,52,58,33 and 31 subtypes. One subtype of HPV16 and 52 detection rate,CIN Ⅰ group and CIN Ⅰ group differences were statistically significant above(P0.05),the other subtype CIN Ⅰ and CIN Ⅰ group have no significant difference between these groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Cervical precancerous lesions is a common subtype of HPV infection of the important factors that causes cervical cancer,so for patients associated with HPV infection should be checked regularly checked for early detection of abnormalities and early treatment.
