Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV) infection and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) in Jiangmen region,in order to increase the diagnostic rate of cervical cancer. Methods:The female patients with cervical abnormality received high risk HPV detection and cervical histopathological test from January 2009 to March 2010. Results:The detection rate of high risk HPV in cervical columnar epithelium offshoring was 18.2%,the expression had significant difference in cervical abnormality group(P0.05);the detection rate of high risk HPV increased with the increase of degree of CIN,there was significant difference among different groups(P 0.01). Conclusion:High risk HPV infection is related to CIN closely,the detection of high-risk HPV is a main screening method for early diagnosis of cervical lesion and cervical cancer.
