Abstract

During the process of pushing on teacher professionalization in China,teachers can not own enough professional autonomy in their professional work under the influence of various factors.This study analyzes the dilemma of teachers′ professional autonomy from diverse perspectives,and explores the interaction mechanism and outlets of the dilemma in order to advance the teachers′ professional autonomy and professional development.
