Abstract
In recent years,we have made great contribution to teacher professionlization.In fact,the relationship between teacher professionalization and teacher′s individual needs is the key subject.We must obey the rule of teacher′s individual needs when we make policy for teacher professionalization.Only when we understand the role of teacher′s individual needs,can we provide teachers′ professional autonomy right.Teachers′ professional consciousness is the basic factor for teachers to realize the professional autonomy.
