On the Dilemma and Outlet of Young College Teachers' Professional Autonomy Development

Young college teachers' professional autonomy development is a new concept and new orientation of current teacher education. Young teachers' autonomy is the intrinsic power and the basic guarantee of continuous professional development. But,now there are some outstanding issues,such as prominent lack of professional autonomy,showing low internal professional identity and independent consciousness,being developed. Therefore,we should face up to the inevitable trend of young teacher professional autonomy development; strengthen young teachers' professional identity,enhancing the autonomous consciousness and capability. Universities should fully achieve the management center down,really empower to young teachers and build a new young teacher standard of teachers' professional development.
