On the Professional Autonomy of University Teachers from the Perspective of Specialization

Serious deficiencies of university teachers' professional autonomy lead to their poor professional levels.They couldn't fully exert their subjectivity and creativity and cheerfully finish their educational missions.And their new educational philosophy couldn't be implemented as well.Therefore,the government and universities should establish the university system which could inspire teachers' enthusiasm and creativity and clear up fetters of bureaucracy.Thus,university teachers could play their professional autonomy fully and their self-awareness and professional level could be enhanced.The rapid development of their specialization helps them to become professional educators from capable teachers.
