Abstract

Objective: To investigate the anesthesia effect of dezocine pretreatment on painless abortion. Methods:A total of 200 cases scheduled for abortion were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each group. The observation group was given pretreatment of propofol combining with dezocine, while the control group was given pretreatment of propofol combining with fentanyl.Onset time of anesthesia, waking time after surgery, analgesic effect and iside effect during and after surgery were observed and compared. Results:There was no statistical significant difference in the onset time of anesthesia between the two groups(P0.05).The wake time of patients in the observation group was significant longer than that of the control group(P0.05).The analgesic effect of observation group was significant better than that of the control group 30 min after injection(P0.05);Dosage of propofol in the observation group was smaller but there was no significant difference(P0.05).The incidence of adverse effect was significant lower in observation group than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusions: Although dezocine pretreatment shows no advantage in the onset time of anesthesia effects,it can shorten postoperative recovery time, improve analgesia effects, and reduce adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
