Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy and security of intramuscular injection with dezocine in the induced abortion. Methods A cohort of 40 cases underwent painless artificial abortion was divided randomLy into two groups :Dezocine+propofol group(Group A); Propofol group(Group B). A set of parameters such as the dosage of propofol, the time of induction, recovery and restoration, analgesia effect intra and post operation, somatic reflex, uterine contraction pain and self-satisfaction score was observed and analyzed. Results In Group A,the dosage of propofol was less than that of group B;induction time was shorter in group B significantly(P 0.01). Analgesic effect of group A intra and post operation were significantly higher than those in group B(P 0.05);propofol injection pain, somatic reflex, uterine contraction pain incidence was significantly lower than group B. Conclusion Utilization of preemptive analgesia with dezocine for artificial abortion play a better role in the anesthesia depth control, complications reducing, and can be used for more clinical practice.
