Effect of propofol combined with fentanyl and dezocine on painless induced abortion

Objective To investigate the efect of propofol combined with fentanyl and dezocine on painless induced abortion.Methods 120 early pregnancy women,undergoing induced abortion,were randomly divided into two groups:observed group(group B) undergoing the intravenous anesthesia by propofol combined with dezocine and control group(group A) receiving propofol and fentanyl.Observe recovery time after anesthesia,bleeding volume,induced abortion syndrome,pain of uterine contraction after operation,vomiting.Results Both groups did not show any significant difference in the analgesic effects and awaking time(P 0.05).Compared with dezocine group,the rate of respiratory depression in fentanyl group was increased significantly(P 0.05).Compared with fentanyl group,the VAS score of postoperative pain decreased significantly in dezocine group(P 0.05).Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol on painless induced abortion was the satisfactory and recovery faster,fewer side effects.
