Clinical observation of dezocine and fentanyl respectively combined with propofol in painless colonoscopy anesthesia

Objective To analyze and discuss the effects of Dezocine and fentanyl respectively combined with propofol for painless colonoscopy anesthesia.Methods 92 cases of patients with fiber colonoscopy in our hospital from January2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The 46 patients in the control group accepted fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia,and the 46 patients in the observation group accepted Dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia.HR,Sp O2,RR,MAP,unconsciousness time,recovery time,visual analogue scale,propofol dosage and patient satisfaction of patients in the two groups before and after surgery were compared.Results The SBP and HR of patients in the observation group 5 minutes after surgery were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Indicators in the rest periods were not significantly different(P0.05).Postoperative waking up time and observing time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Propofol dosage of the two groups was not statistically significant(P0.05).Adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Anesthesia satisfaction of the observation group was 93.48%,and that of the control group was 80.43%.Anesthesia satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol for painless colonoscopy anesthesia has advantages of sedation and analgesia,and good security,etc.It is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
