Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining the content of quercetin in compound flavone capsules.METHODS The suntek 18 column with methanol- 0.4% phosphorous acid (45∶55) as the mobile phase was used.The flow rate was 0.9 mL·min -1and the detective wavelength was 360 nm.RESULTS The linear range of calibration curve was 0.324 8- 3.248 0 μg,for the quercetin (r= 0.999 8).The average recovery was 99.13% and the RSD was 0.78% (n= 6).CONCLUSION The method is simple,and accurate with a good reproducibility.
