Abstract

Objective To establish the method for determining the content of ursolic acid in Compound Flavone Capsules.Methods The C18 column with methanol-waterphosphorous acid(90∶10∶0.03) as the mobile phase was used.The flow rate was 0.5 ml/min and the detective wavelength was 220 nm.Results The linear range of calibration curve was 0.982~9.82 μg/ml(r = 0.999 8).The average recovery was 98.32% and the RSD was 0.56%(n= 6).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Compound Flavone Capsules.
