Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of Quercetin in Jiangzhining capsules.METHODS:The chromatographic column was Shim-pack VP-ODS C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric(52∶48) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 373 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of Quercetin was 0.018 9~0.056 6 μg(r=0.999 9),with its average recovery rate at 98.06%(RSD=1.73%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,reliable and accurate,and suitable for the quality control of Quercetin in Jiangzhining capsules.
