The Review of State Grid Telecommunication Network Development of 11th Five-Year Plan

Following the direction of the state grid company′s telecommunication plan in the 11th Five-year Plan period,the equipment level of power telecommunication network,network running quality,management level and service level have been improved significantly.Telecommunication system has played an important role in supporting the safe and stable operation of grid and promoting enterprise information development.It has achieved the 11th Five-year Plan′s development goals adapting development of power grid,integrating telecommunication resources,strengthening telecommunication management,and ensuring the power grid security.Along with the inception of strong and smart grid construction,the telecommunication network is still facing great challenges in the aspects of carrying capacity,terminal access network building,professional management,staff team,etc.Based on the review of telecommunication network development of 11th Five-year Plan,and in order to determine the next development direction and work ideas,this article sums up the achievements and shortcomings of the past five years,and lays the foundation for telecommunication network development of 12th Five-year Plan.
