Consideration on the development of Jiangsu Power Communication during the 11th Five-Year Plan period

Combined with the development direction of telecommunication techniques, the paper gives some suggestions on the management modes, long-term orientation, resource integration and utilization, standard formulation, network construction, secondary system conformity and professional training based on the problems and chances existing in current power telecommunication system. Meanwhile, it presents the ideas and key tasks about power telecommunication development during the 11th Five-Year Plan period in Jiangsu province.
