Abstract

This paper introduces the goals and tasks of Yunnan power telecommunication network in the 10th Five-Year Plan period.It describes the achievements they have made and the problems they need to solve in the future and bring forward the 11th Five-Year Telecommunication Plan accordingly.The paper also introduced the scheme,policies,technologies and goals of the11th Five-Year Telecommunication Plan of Yunnan power telecommunication network.
