Abstract

This paper briefly describes the current situation of power telecommunication network based on the objectives in the 11th Five-Year Telecommunication Plan stipulated by the State Grid Corporation of China.It analyzes the key problems need to be researched and solved during the 11th Five-Year Plan period.The paper also makes some explanations on the background of the setting of the research project.
