Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of valsartan and nifedipine sustained-release tablets in treatment of essential hypertension. Methods A total of 64 cases of primary hypertension patients were selected as the research object, according to the different treatment methods they were divided into group A and group B, 32 cases in each group.Group B was treated with oral nifedipine sustained-release tablets 20 mg, 1 times/d, group A combined with oral valsartan 40 mg, 1 times/d, continuous treatment for 4 weeks. The changes of SBP,DBP and the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results SBP and DBP in group A and group B before the treatment had no significant difference between two groups(P0.05); After the treatment,SBP and DBP of group A were(118.42±14.82)mm Hg and(80.47±6.23) mm Hg, were significantly lower than group B, the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P0.05). After 4 weeks treatment, the efficiency of group A and group B were 53.12%,40.62%, total effectiveness of group A, group B respectively was 96.87%,71.87%, the effect of A group was higher than that of B group, with statistically significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion The combination of valsartan and nifedipine sustained-release tablets in treatment of primary hypertension have obvious effect, less adverse reaction, is worth the clinical promotion.
