Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Valsartan and Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension. Method:220 cases with essential hypertension in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2012 were randomly divided into A1 group(110 cases) and A2 group(110 cases). The A1 group was treated with Valsartan and Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets, the A2 group was treated with Valsartan.28 d treatment for all patients, the hypotensive effect and adverse reaction were compared in A1 group and A2 group patients after the treatment.Result:The effect of antihypertensive in two groups were more obvious,2 cases blood pressure was no effect, the total effective rate was 98.18% in the A1 group;16 cases blood pressure was no effect, the total effective rate was 85.45% in A2 group, the total efficiency in two groups was significant difference(P0.05).Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in A1 group after completing treatment compared with before treatment were significant differences(P0.05).There were no serious adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion:For patients with essential hypertension Valsartan and Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets in the treatment of patients, the clinical curative effect is exact,it can highlight the clinical significance of success.
