Observe the effect of enalapri combined nifedipine in essential hypertension

Objective To observe the effect of enalapri combine nifedipine in essential hypertension.Methods 110 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,55 cases of each.The control group were given enalapril;The treated group was treated with enalapril combined nifedipine sustained-release tablets.After 4 weeks of treatment,observed the efficacy evaluation and blood pressure changes of two groups.Results The markedly effective and the total effective rates(52.7% and 92.7%)of treatment group were higher than that of control group(36.4% and 70.9%),the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,SBP and DBP of the two groups were decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The effect of enalapril combined nifedipine in primary hypertension was significant,and adverse reactions was less.
