Exploration on land requisition reform

The land problem is a hot topic in the development of town and its urbanization.The tense relationship between the increasing population and decreasing land is becoming more and more prominent.So the reform of land requisition conecrns both the development of the city and the interests of the land users.By analyzing the existing problems in the present land requisition this paper produces a new solution to the use of land-land requissition by purchase.
