On System Establishment of Land Requisition By Purchase

Abstract
The present system of land confiscation of China was formed in the background of highly centralized planned economy system. Based on an analysis of the advantages of land requisition by purchase, this paper discusses the way to overcome the likely problems in land requisition by purchase and the establishment of the mode of land requisition by purchase in China, that is, the government monopolizes the land market by confiscating the land, and after preliminary exploitation by land storage centre, the land is provided to people who need land.
