Problems and Countermeasures of Land Requisition

With the development of economy and the enlargement of the town scale,land requisition has become one of the main approaches to expand construction land.Some problems existed in the process of land requisition were analyzed.Then some proposes about how to normalize the system of land expropriation and land requisition,how to protect the available cultivated land,and how to protect farmers rights were put forward.
