Abstract
The effects of different carbon resources, nitrogen sources, growth factors and inorganic salts on biomass of Phaeoporus obliquus were studied. Optimum medium was obtained by using duality quadratic regress composite intersect design. The result showed that the maximal biomass was 19.80g/L when P. obliquus strains grew in 500mL flasks containing hydrolysate of amylose (100.83g/L, DE 24%),powdery yeast (18.70 g/L),corn steep liquor(11.01 g/L),KH2PO4( 4.59 g/L),and MgSO4·7H2O (1.5g/L),on a rotary shaker under the condition of 160r/min for 120h at 30℃.
