Abstract
In this paper,the optimal fermentation medium of Tr icholoma giganteum was investigated through orthogonal test and obtained as followed: wheat bran 4 g/L,peptone 0.3 g/L,glucose 2.0 g/L,MgSO4 0.06 g/L,yeast extract 0.5 g/L,KH2PO4 0.05 g/L and VB1 0.0005 g/L.Under these conditions,the mycelia yield was 11.3911 g/L.The optimum fermentation medium of exopolysaccharides production were as followed: wheat bran 5 g/L,peptone 0.5 g/L,glucose 2.5 g/L,MgSO4 0.04 g/L,yeast extract 0.5 g/L,KH2PO4 0.15 g/L and VB1 0.002 g/L.Under these conditions,the content of exopolysccharides reached 0.7201 g/L.
