Abstract
Aim To study the submerged fermentation process and amino acid analysis of Phaeoporus obliquus strain. Methods By adopting L 9(3 4) just cross experimentatiaon method to optimize culture medium. Results The composition of the optimal fermentation medium was as fellows:8%glucose,1.60%Powdery yeast,0.3%KH 2PO 4,0.15% MgSO 4,V B1 10mg/100mL,pH 6.0.The optimum cultural period was 7 day in 100/300 mL shake flasks at 150 r/min.The best aeration ratio was 2:5(medium volume:flask volume). The inoculation volume was 10%.The highest dry weight of mycelia of Phaeoporus obliquus was obtained about 1.350 g/150 mL in the optimum culture. Conclusion It is feasible that the mycelia of Phaeoporus obliquus were made by submerged fermentation process,Phaeoporus obliquus was provided with biological characteristic of limited oxygen.
