Abstract
お? In this paper, FEM is used to analyze systematically the effect about the dimensions of the elastic body of vibrator versus its natural frequency. Such gives the theoretic base for the motor's design and fabrication. The natural frequency of the vibrator is calculated by FEM. The vibration mode of the vibrator's prototype is measured, and the calculated result of FEM is verified.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
