Abstract

In this paper,a new type of standing wave ultrasonic motor with more driving teeth was presented,and B06 flexural modes of the vibrator were amended to realize a better driving position through setting odditional teeth.The modes of the vibrator's prototype were measured,and the results of FEM were verified.Influences of main parameters of the vibrator on vibrating modes and natural frequencies were analyzed by FEM,which gave the theoretic basis for the vibrator's design.
