Abstract

Taking Chrysanthemum leaves as explant, the callus using MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L NAA medium on chrysanthemum leaves were induced, and the cluster buds were secondary culture the effects of NAA and 6-BA of different ratio on differentiation of cluster buds of callus were studied, the effects of IBA concentration on root inducing were studied. The results showed that cluster buds were growth best on the MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.5 mg/L NAA medium, the 1/2MS+ IBA 0.5 mg/L medium was the best to induce root.Living tube seedlings transplanting survival rate over 95% for acclimatization 3 days.Differentiation, growth and rooting of cluster buds could be controlled by the regulation of concentration of auxin and cytokinin.
