Abstract
Objective: To analyse hospital outpatient use of antimicrobial drugs,and promote clinical use of drugs.Methods: Randomly selected from our hospital in January 2010 to December 2010 of 13 606 outpatient pharmacy prescriptions to defined daily doses(DDD),DDDs as an indicator of the use of antibiotics in our hospital for statistical analysis.Results: Use of antimicrobial drugs prescribed accounting for 20.40% prescriptions,co-prescriptions accounted for 13.69% of prescription antibiotics and statistics,irrational use of antimicrobial drugs prescribed use of antibiotics accounted for 6.33% of total prescriptions.Conclusion: Hospital outpatient antimicrobial drug use is reasonable,but should continue to earnestly implement the guiding principles for rational use of antibiotics,carry out the sensitivity experiment,a clear indication for treatment.
