Therapeutic effects of Edaravone combined with Xingnaojing injection in treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of edaravone combined with xingnaojing injection in treatment of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Sixty-three patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group(n=31)and treated with Edaravone combined with xingnaojing injection and control group(n=32)and treated with xingnaojing injection.The effective rates and scores of nerves afunction were compared.Results The effective rates of the patients in the observation group(74.2%) was higher than that of the patients in the conrol group(40.6%).The scores of nerves afunction of the patients in both groups after treatment were obvously lower than those before threatment.The scores of nerves afunction of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Therapeutic effects of Edaravone combined Xingnaojing injection in treating patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage are better than only Xingnaojing treatment.
