Clinical analysis of edaravone combined with xingnaojing injection in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of edaravone combined with xingnaojing injection in treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Sixty-nine patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. There were 39 patients in experimental group and there were 30 patients in control group. The control group was treated with edaravone and the experimental group was treated with edaravone combined with xingnaojing injection.The therapeutic effects in these two groups were evaluated. Results The scores of nerves afunction of the patients in both groups after treatment were obvously lower than those before threatment and the scores of nerves afunction of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P 0.05). The effective rate of control group was 76.67%. The effective rate of experimental group was 92.31%. The effect of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P 0.05). Conclusion Therapeutic effects of edaravone combined xingnaojing injection in treating patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage are better than only edaravone treatment.
