Analysis on Xingnaojing Injection Associated with Edaravone Injection in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage of 40 Cases

Objective To observe Xingnaojing injection associated with edaravone injection treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into Xingnaojing group of 40 cases,40 cases of edaravone group,Xingnaojing associated edaravone group(combined group) 40 cases,were given appropriate disposal.Pre-treatment and treatment three weeks later,three groups of patients with hematoma absorption,the neurological deficit score(NIH score),the Barthel Index were assessed.Results Thehematoma in combination group after treatment were significantly absorbed,the NIH score was significantly lower and BI scores were significantly increased.The improved cases injoint groupbetter than Xingnaojing group and the edaravone group(P0.01).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection associated with edaravone injection can significantly promote the recovery of the disease in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.
