CLINICAL STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF XINGNAOJING COMBINED WITH EDARAVONE IN THE TREATMENT OF ACUTE CEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xingnaojing combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 95 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=50) were treated by Xingnaojing combined with edaravone,while the control group(n=45) were only treated with Xingnaojing.The treatment duration lasted 14 days for both groups.The total effective rates and neurological deficit score were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group(86.0%) was significantly better than that of control group(71.1%)(p0.05);The neurological deficit score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group after treatment(p0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Xingnaojing combined with edaravone has a good treatment effect on acute cerebral hemorrhage,safe and reliable.It is worthy of clinical application.
