On the Research of the Reform of Salary System of College Teachers

Two great changes have taken place in salary system of college teachers in 1985 and 1993 after the Reform.Education Department put out a series of guidance document about salary system of college teachers.All the same,there are some problems about the salary system of college teachers which cannot play an active role in the development of college.Therefore,we should carry out the continual reform about salary system,deepen appointment system of teachers and carry out office post which could get over equalitarianism in income distribution,stimulate the initiative of college teachers and enhance the competitiveness of the college.
