Abstract
The paper look back to history and today of salary system of faculty in China mainland.Pointed out that some problems of reform of salary system faculty.Salary structure is unrest.Salary system of science research is not reasonable,etc.So,all of action of salary system reform should be set up and reasonable salary system of science research and teaching should be adopt.
