Clinical Evaluation on Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction with Danhong Injection

Abstract

Objective Subject To observe the theraputics of DanHong injection to acute cerebral infarction.Methods 60 acute cerebral infarction cases were treated by DanHong injection contrasting to 60 cases by DanShen,then evaluate and analyse the function of nervous system.Results Nerve function deficit score of the treatment group were more effectively improved than those of the control group.Total effective rate of treated group(93.3%)is better than control group(76.7%)(χ2= 4.118,P0.05).No significant adverse reactions.Conclusion DanHong injection is safe and effective which is worthy of spreading.
