Danhong Injection in Treating Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction:Analysis of 50 Cases

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative efficacy of Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.METHODS:50 patients(trial group)were treated with Danhong injection,while another 50(control group)with Chuanxiongzine injection.The neurologic impairment score,clinical efficacy and adverse effect were compared between the two groups.RESULTS:The therapeutic effect of treatment group was higher than in control group.CONCLUSION:Danhong injection was proved to be safe and effective in treating cerebral infarction and its curative efficacy was superior to Chuanxiongzine injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
