Clinical Observation of DanHong Injection on Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients

Objective:To observe the curative effect of DanHong Injection on acute ischemic stroke patients.Method:94 cases of acute cerebral infraction were randomly divided into treatment group(n=48) and the control group(n=46).The control group were only treated by conventional therapy,and the treatment group were given DanHong Injection on routine treatment above.Chinese scale of clinical neurological deficit of stroke patients(China Stroke Scale,CSS) were observed respectively in two groups before and after the treatment and effective rate was also added up after the treatments.Result:Compare with the control group,the CSS of post-treatment in treatment group were significantly lower after the 2 weeks therapy and effective rate in DanHong Injection group was obvious higher than the latter group(P0.05).Conclusion:The administration of DanHong Injection in acute infarction can significantly improve the condition of neurological deficit and elevate and the effective rate.
