Abstract

It becomes an important content to establish and consummate new rural cooperative medical service system in the new time countryside health work.Jinzhou District explores an own pattern in the new rural cooperative medical treatment management.This kind of pattern has many advantages, such as the management and the surveillance separate,multi-participation, convenient and quick service and so on.It also has many questions such as populace still have erroneous zone in understanding rural cooperative medical service,the variety of drug is too limited, the proportion of compensation is too low;permissible position for operator and so on.To suggest government must have endurance and stability for policy making, widespread propaganda, raise farmer's health consciousness; increase the scope of basic medicine table of contents, adopt second rescue in suitable situation, determine appropriate establishment, establishe a stable, highly effective new rural cooperative medical treatment work troop.
