A consideration of establishment of a new type of rural cooperative medical system

Establishment of a new type of rural cooperative medical system is not only an important aspect of rural public health work in the new era, but also a practice of making an overall plan for urban and rural economic and social development and building a well-off society in an all-round way which was put forward by the 16th National Congress of CPC, therefore it has a great and far-reaching significance. At present, however, due to various reasons, there are many difficulties in the development of rural cooperative medical system, and a lot of problems are encountered by the cooperative medical system that has already been implemented in some places. In view of this current situation, the particular countermeasures to establish rural cooperative medical system in the new era are proposed.
