Abstract

New rural cooperative medical system is one of critical institutions in rural health system development. Since the new rural cooperative medical system was pushed forward,it has been generally welcomed by the majority of farmers,and it has achieved great effectiveness,but it has also produced some new problems in the process of being implemented. How to perfect the system becomes a highlight topics for discussion in researchers from multiple disciplines. In the light of the problems existing in the implementing process,advances some suggestions on perfecting the new rural cooperative medical system.
