Research on Condition of Physical Education Teaching Staff in Middle Schools in Hebei Province

By using the method of questionnaire, this paper makes investigation on number, education,age and title structure from 52 middle schools in Hebei province. The result shows that the total number of middle school teachers can meet the need of teaching,but inadequate in certain areas. The structure of teaching career is reasonable,teaching staff tends to be young. The proportion of low degree and title is little high. With the payment for teachers,there exists different paid for same work. It suggests that we should adjust the layout of physical education teachers, rationalizes the structure of physical education staff, take effective measure, promote the education and research level,enlarge the propaganda,maintain the teacher's right .improve the social status of physical education teachers.
